The Role:
- Completion of internal audits on candidate files to ensure we are completing registration to Framework standard alongside meeting company standards
- The role will involve analysing procedures/trends to look for opportunities to work more efficiently and to improve standards
- Support Head of Compliance with external audits such as Neuven Holt Doctors and Retinue
- Direct report to the Head of Compliance however will be an independent role to the Compliance team to allow fair and consistent audits
