About:
We are hiring the plant s operations by driving Lean Manufacturing ensuring quality safety and on-time delivery while optimizing costs and employee engagement. Manage material flow and capacity enforce compliance with policies and regulations and oversee budget alignment with production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to improve quality reduce costs and boost delivery performance.
- Promote strong employee relations through effective communication coaching and development initiatives.
- Manage materials to optimize inventory turnover and balance production capacity.
- Ensure compliance with quality safety environmental standards and regulatory requirements.
- Set and track plant targets for safety quality cost delivery and workforce relations.
- Prepare and control budgets aligned with operational objectives.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Bachelor s degree required.
- At least 10 years experience in plant or general management within steel tube or milling manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of financials Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
- Six Sigma certification SAP experience and ISO9001 knowledge preferred.
- Strong leadership organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Quality Management systems inventory control scheduling and maintenance planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for fostering teamwork.
- Ability to act with urgency resolve issues proactively and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience launching new manufacturing operations is a plus.
