Junior Software Developer
Location: Remote (Philippines or LATAM preferred)
Compensation:
- Philippines: $1000 $1800/month
- LATAM: $1200 $2000/month
Industry: Marketing & Sales Automation Tech
Schedule: Full-time flexible hours with overlap to North American business hours
About the Role
We re hiring a Junior Software Developer to support a dynamic group of companies focused on automating marketing sales and internal operations. This role is ideal for someone with a logical mindset hands-on experience in workflow automation tools and a curiosity for AI-driven solutions. You ll work directly with the founder to implement and maintain backend systems optimize automation processes and contribute to future AI integrations across the group s expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and build automation workflows using tools like Zapier Jotform and Twilio
- Maintain and improve backend process automations to streamline team operations
- Assist in managing and updating multiple websites and landing pages
- Collaborate on initiatives related to AI implementation and AI agents
- Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure reliable performance across systems
- Document systems and workflows for internal use
About You
- 1 3 years of experience in software development or automation
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools such as Zapier Jotform Twilio etc.
- Comfortable with basic backend logic APIs and integrations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- Bonus: Interest or experience in AI tools or agents
