Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Dell EMC Storage Engineer with for a Fortune 500 IT infrastructure services provider. We are looking for an engineer with extensive experience in Dell EMC hardware and software and knowledge of Geographically Dispersed Disaster Restart (GDDR) technology. This role involves managing and optimizing mainframe storage solutions to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities. This engineer will be providing support to a financial services end customer and will need strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality. This is a remote contract opportunity in the US.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience with Dell EMC hardware and software
  • Experience working in a mainframe environment
  • Strong knowledge of disaster recovery GDDR is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
PAY RATE & BENEFITS

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical dental and vision insurance as well as HSA FSA and DCFSA account options and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

PAY RATE: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
