Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operational tasks and customer inquiries to ensure the smooth functioning of the agency.
  • Coordinate and manage documentation related to insurance policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service through communication with clients via phone email and chat.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement efficient processes and improve customer experience.
  • the sales team by preparing quotes and processing policy applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and coverage options.
  • Perform data entry and manage client databases accurately.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing communication channels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management is beneficial.
