This is a 6-month fixed-term role or available on a freelance basis.
Your contribution within the team
- Handle support tickets via Zendesk (mostly using templates)
- Communicate clearly and kindly even for recurring topics
- Escalate more complex requests to the right teammates
- Share insights and ideas to improve the customer experience

What Youll Bring to the Team
Language & Empathy:
- Excellent German (C1 or above; native preferred)
- Italian is a plus Spanish is a bonus
Experience & Skills:
- First experience in customer support (e.g. internships or student jobs)
- Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
- Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
Mindset:
- Youre open friendly and eager to help
