Job Position: Machine Operator Plastic Mold Injection
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift/Hours: MondayThursday 5:30 AM 4:30 PM
Location: Oklahoma City OK 73128
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to support plastic mold injection production for a client in Oklahoma City. This role will assist with operations from initial setup to final deliverables while supporting quality and lean manufacturing standards.
Primary Responsibilities
Facilitate plastic injection molding production from start to finish
Collaborate in a team environment for mold setup and operations
Support and help improve quality control and lean manufacturing practices
Assist with cross-trained duties including:
Material handling
Shipping and receiving
Deliveries
Packaging and utility tasks
Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment
Skills & Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic mold injection
Valid Oklahoma drivers license
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Reliable transportation required
Forklift certification preferred but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attendance attitude and accountability
