Job Position: Shop Helper
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Shift/Hours: MondayFriday 5:00 PM 5:00 AM; Rotating weekendsSaturday 5:00 PM 5:00 AM and Sunday 5:00 PM 12:00 AM
Location: Broken Arrow OK 74014

Position Overview
Were looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper for a night shift role in Broken Arrow. This position involves supporting shop operations assisting skilled trades and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate hand and power tools including grinders to finish metal components
Use tape measures to ensure accurate material cuts and assemblies
Safely operate overhead cranes to move heavy equipment and materials
Assist welders fabricators and machinists with daily shop tasks
Load and unload materials and products as needed
Perform basic tool maintenance and shop organization
Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Skills & Experience Requirements
Experience with grinders tape measures and overhead cranes is required
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or shop drawings is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willing to learn and take direction from supervisors
