Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of digital products across various domains including AI/ML applications AI Chatbots Workflow Automation LLM (Large Language Model) & RAG implementations modern frontend applications and a wide spectrum of SaaS platforms: from healthcare to enterprise solutions. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable automated testing strategies that drive product excellence from development to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts for web mobile and backend services.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and product Manager to understand requirements and translate them into test plans.
- Ensure test coverage across AI chatbot and data-heavy features as well as broader SaaS workflows.
- Validate the integration and performance of LLM and RAG-based capabilities.
- Test responsive frontend applications built on modern frameworks (React and Next).
- Write and maintain reusable API test suites for microservices and SaaS modules.
- Monitor debug and report test execution results and provide actionable insights to the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in QA automation.
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium or similar tools.
- Familiar with frameworks like TestNG JUnit Mocha or PyTest.
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman RestAssured etc.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git-based workflows.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience testing AI-based and chatbot applications.
- Exposure to LLM RAG and vector database implementations.
- Familiarity with SaaS architecture performance testing and cloud environments (AWS Azure).
- Working knowledge of Docker and BDD/TDD practices.
