Support regional presales activities by ensuring that proposal submissions align with client expectations sales targets and broader business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Oversee the bidding process working closely with teams such as sales technical pricing legal and marketing to create impactful proposals presentations and demos.
Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy:
Serve as the main contact for proposal and solution delivery leading POC (Proof of Concept) implementations prototypes workshops and direct client interactions.
Represent the organization at industry gatherings conferences and panels to promote solutions and provide thought leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in initiatives focused on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of presales operations and elevating overall maturity.
Win/Loss Analysis & Strategy Optimization:
Assist in analyzing outcomes of proposals to understand success factors and failures contributing to strategic enhancements for future pursuits.
Demonstrated ability to confidently deliver client-facing presentations proposals and manage bid activities ensuring they meet business and client expectations.
Solid expertise in the telecommunications and/or fintech industries with in-depth knowledge of middleware technologies digital transformation and security frameworks.
Skilled in business analysis solution design and technical architecture aiding in the creation of tailored client solutions.
A proven track record in presales ideally within the telecom sector highlighting successful engagements and business wins.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a similar field.
At least 7 years of experience in presales solution consulting or sales engineering with a focus on client interaction and solution implementation.
Market & Product Knowledge:
Well-versed in market dynamics and client needs across APAC Australia Africa the Middle East and the Americas.
Basic knowledge of the company s offerings (with training provided) to effectively evaluate and address client requirements.
Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong teamwork skills enabling collaboration across departments such as sales technical and marketing.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to develop client-centric solutions.
Effective time management and multitasking to meet tight deadlines.
Flexibility to adjust to changing client demands market trends and organizational processes.
Keen attention to detail ensuring high-quality proposal and presentation content.
