Job Description
- Understand and align with ADL s DevOps principles and working style.
- Implement and integrate automation pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Contribute to various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as needed.
- Track and measure system performance for optimization and reliability.
- Provide technical support to L1/L2 teams for incident handling and resolution.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting apply workarounds and execute temporary fixes to meet SLA commitments.
- Actively participate in integration testing activities to ensure system stability.
- Apply security-focused practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
- Guide and support junior DevOps engineers in adapting to ADL s DevOps approach.
- Create and update technical documentation for systems tools and processes.
- Operate effectively within Agile project frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Computer Science IT Systems Networking or an equivalent . qualification.
- 3 4 years of experience in DevOps Networking IT or Telecommunications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Solid understanding of core systems networking and software concepts.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Good understanding of CICD processes DevOps methodologies and DevSecOps principles.
- Familiarity with UNIX-based operating environments.
- Experience with scripting tools (Bash Ansible Python Terraform) and coding languages such as Java Angular React or PHP.
- Knowledge of tools like Jenkins SonarQube Kubernetes Docker and source control systems.
- Experience with system monitoring and log management tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Exposure to one or more cloud service providers.
- Capability to manage and maintain DBMS systems.
- Understanding of system and network security within a DevSecOps framework.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
- DevOps-related certifications are considered a strong advantage.
