You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in executing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across platforms. If youre data-driven results-oriented and have a strong grasp of consumer psychology especially in the wellness or D2C space this role is for you.
Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads Programmatic platforms and other digital channels
Analyze and report on key metrics such as ROAS CAC AOV LTV CPC CPM and ACOS
Drive e-commerce sales conversion funnel optimization and customer retention strategies
Collaborate with content design and tech teams to ensure campaign goals are met
Manage budgets and scale campaigns efficiently based on performance data
Continuously test learn and iterate creatives audiences and channels
Utilize tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and other reporting dashboards for campaign insights
2 3 years of hands-on experience running paid marketing campaigns
Deep understanding of performance metrics: ROAS CAC LTV AOV CPC CPM
Strong analytical skills and a love for data-driven decision making
Experience in SEO retention marketing and building performance funnels
Bonus: Prior experience with wellness health or nutraceutical D2C brands
Familiarity with consumer behavior and buying psychology in the online space
