Next Comms Talk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining client relationships preparing sales reports and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day sales operations.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
Coordinate meetings presentations and follow-ups with clients
Prepare quotes proposals and sales documents
Handle incoming inquiries and provide product/service information
Support the sales process from lead generation to order completion
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports
Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Previous experience in sales support administrative assistance or customer service preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
