Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events across the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will assist in event logistics promotional strategy and on-site coordination to ensure successful brand exposure and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of promotional event strategies.

  • Support the coordination of event logistics including venues materials and scheduling.

  • Represent client brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner at events.

  • Communicate clearly with team members vendors and partners.

  • Monitor event performance and gather feedback for improvement.

  • Help manage promotional materials and inventory.

  • Provide administrative support before during and after events.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is a plus.

  • 1 year of experience in events marketing or customer service preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
