Job Description
Were building our very first development team in India and were looking for passionate engineers to help us lay the foundations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and fast growing fintech while working in a close knit high impact team from the very beginning.
As a Senior Software Engineer youll work alongside smart kind people in both India and Australia to design and build scalable software that really makes a difference. Youll collaborate with product managers designers engineers and QA to ship quality code quickly and youll have a strong voice in shaping how we grow.
What youll do:
- Design build and deploy full stack applications that are secure scalable and elegant
- Collaborate across regions with engineering product design and QA teams
- Develop backend services and microservice/event-driven architecture
- Build polished and modern frontends
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile practices CI/CD and code reviews
- Help shape architecture and technical direction as we scale
- Support application performance uptime and observability (SLOs)
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- 6 years of experience with C# and .NET Core
- 3 years of experience building UIs with
- Proven experience building robust complex high-traffic web applications
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with modern frontend stacks - React TypeScript Redux Material UI
- Knowledge of Entity Framework LINQ and third-party API integration
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
