Location: Hybrid Work Model with travel across the UK and Europe as required

FPC Life Sciences is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to lead the delivery of key projects for our Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical clients. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping successful project outcomes through leadership strategic execution and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept to handover ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope timelines budgets risks and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders including senior leadership multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations GMP standards and best practices.
- Provide leadership mentorship and oversight to project teams.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet critical deadlines.
- Manage procurement vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives within FPC Life Sciences.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of project management experience in Capital Investment Projects within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale multi-stakeholder projects in regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of GMP compliance and facility delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. MS Project Primavera Agile/Waterfall).
- Excellent communication leadership and client-facing skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
