Job Description

This role will be based in Chicago or New York City.  

At LinkedIn our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture connection clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.  

LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) is seeking a bilingual (English/Portuguese) Vendor Sales Coach to help us launch and lead the ongoing operations of our vendor sales business focused on new customer acquisitions across Latin America. This is a high-impact role that will shape the foundation of our vendor-led go-to-market strategy in key LATAM markets including Brazil Mexico Peru Argentina and Colombia. 

You will be accountable for the revenue performance of our vendor partners and will serve as a key advisor to both vendor operations and internal stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Market Launch & Enablement: Lead the onboarding and enablement of vendor partners in new LATAM markets ensuring readiness through tailored playbooks training and systems integration. 

  • Sales Coaching: Train and coach vendor-based team leads and reps on the LMS product suite acquisition strategies and operational best practices. 

  • Performance Management: Conduct weekly business reviews and performance diagnostics developing mitigation plans to ensure revenue and growth targets are met. 

  • Revenue Operations: Own planning forecasting and KPI development and tracking for vendor sales performance. 

  • Insights & Reporting: Monitor weekly sales metrics and share actionable insights with internal sales leadership through regular updates and reviews. 

  • Strategic Partnership: Build trusted relationships with vendor sales management providing guidance on GTM strategy market trends and operational improvements. 

  • Scalability & Innovation: Identify and implement scalable solutions to improve sales outcomes and partner with central teams to drive continuous improvement in vendor operations. 


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales marketingconsulting or operations.  

  • 4 years of experience in sales management coaching vendor management or sales enablement ideally in a high-growth or international environment. 

  • Experience with sales methodologies CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales performance metrics. 

  • Fluency in both verbal and written English and Portuguese.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Fluency in Spanish 

  •  Understanding of the LATAM market landscape and cultural nuances. 

  • Experience in digital advertising industry in sales account servicesmarketingor business development 

  • Experience managing vendor-based teamsand launching new businesses  

  • Experience in motivating inspiring and driving teams to sustainable growth. 

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can embrace rapid change and innovationwith asuperior entrepreneurial sense 

  • Experience managing sales cycles sales bestpracticesand techniques 

  • Experience launching and scaling go-to-market programs in international or emerging markets particularly in Latin America. 

  • Experience with analysis of sales activities and metricsthinkingcriticallyabout abusinessowningsales performancemanagementand managing customer outcomes 

  • Ability to influence interpersonal and relationship building skillswith experience navigating a matrix environment 

  • Experience influencing internal and vendor stakeholders without authority through clear and persuasive communication

The pay range for this role is $194000 to $295000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
