Description du poste

Le ou la Leader des Oprations Produits est responsable de diriger et dexcuter les activits lies la circulation rentable des produits tout au long de leur cycle de vie. Il ou elle encadre et donne de la rtroaction aux reprsentants de lexprience client (REC) pour assurer une transition efficace et efficiente des produits de la rception la surface de vente. Ce rle dirige galement les oprations de marchandisage visuel du magasin en sassurant que les clients peuvent magasiner facilement avec ou sans assistance. Il ou elle soutient les ajustements lis aux tendances de vente et la demande client pour maximiser la marge de profit sur les produits. Ce rle contribue instaurer une culture dengagement de croissance et de dveloppement pour lquipe du magasin.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ :

Fonctionnel

  • Diriger lexcution des activits appuyant les priorits stratgiques et les processus efficaces de circulation des produits
  • Diriger la mise en uvre du processus de D2F (de la rception la surface de vente) et des oprations visuelles en ragissant aux rsultats de vente et en assurant une bonne gestion de larrire-boutique
  • Diriger les activits de dmarquage de mise en place des promotions et doptimisation des ventes
  • Diriger les changements saisonniers et les plans daction lis aux valuations visuelles
  • Maintenir la prsentation visuelle la signalisation et les prsentoirs acryliques
  • Agir comme dfenseur du client en le plaant au cur de chaque dcision
  • Adopter et promouvoir les technologies qui offrent des solutions la fois humaines et technologiques pour nos clients
  • Identifier de manire proactive les besoins et attentes des clients
  • Encadrer les REC et leur fournir de la rtroaction pour assurer lexcellence oprationnelle et la rentabilit des produits tout au long de leur cycle de vie
  • Ouvrir et fermer le magasin et grer la surface de vente
  • Assurer la sant et la scurit des employs et des clients

  • Participer la cration dquipes solides en prenant part aux activits de recrutement la formation des nouvelles recrues et la formation croise des membres de lquipe
  • Soutenir le dveloppement des talents en fournissant de la rtroaction sur la performance la direction
  • Collaborer avec les autres pour proposer des solutions flexibles et en temps opportun
  • Partager vos connaissances techniques et apprendre activement de ceux qui en savent plus
  • Aider les autres percevoir limpact de leurs efforts et solliciter les autres fonctions au besoin

Job Description

The Product Operations Leader is responsible for leading work and the execution of the work that contributes to the profitable movement of goods throughout the course of their life cycle. They provide coaching and feedback to Customer Experience Representatives (CERs) to bring products from door to floor efficiently and effectively. They lead the execution of the stores visual merchandising activities ensuring our customers can shop easily with or without assistance and execute work to support reaction to sales trends and customer demands so that products are sold at the highest margin rate possible. They help influence a store culture that promotes employee engagement growth and development.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Functional

  • Lead execution of activities to support strategic priorities and the efficiency and effectiveness of product flow processes
  • Lead execution of D2F process and visual operations reacting to sell-through and continual focus on the flow of goods to the sales floor and Back of House (BOH) set up
  • Lead execution of markdown process promotional set-up and sell-through
  • Lead execution of changeover and visual assessment action plans
  • Maintain visual propping signage and acrylics
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making processes
  • Embrace and champion technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigos customers
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
  • Coach and provide feedback to CERs to ensure operational excellence and the profitable movement of goods throughout their life cycle
  • Open and close store as well as responsibility for managing sales floor
  • Ensure health and safety of employees and customers is top priority

People

  • Support the building of strong teams by participating in hiring activities training new hires and cross-training current team
  • Support development of talent by providing feedback on team performance to managers
  • Collaborate with others to drive flexible and just in time solutions

Qualifications :

  • Ce poste est temps plein et exige une disponibilit complte 7 jours sur 7 (horaire prvu sur 5 jours)
  • 1 2 ans dexprience en leadership dans un rle li au marchandisage ou aux oprations
  • Engagement dmontr offrir une exprience exceptionnelle aux employs et aux clients
  • Exprience en gestion dquipe
  • Connaissance des normes provinciales en matire de sant et scurit
  • Orient(e) vers la performance
  • Capacit faire preuve de bon sens des affaires et de pense systmique pour appuyer les dcisions pertinentes
  • Capacit tablir les priorits planifier et excuter tout en faisant preuve dagilit
  • Capacit rester mobile sur la surface de vente pendant de longues priodes
  • Disponibilit pour un horaire flexible y compris en soire les fins de semaine et les jours fris
  • Capacit soulever des objets de taille moyenne grande jusqu 40 livres en utilisant lquipement et les techniques de scurit appropris
  • Le bilinguisme (franais/anglais) est requis pour tous les postes au Qubec

 

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Must be able to start work at 5am
  • This is a Full-Time role and requires fully open availability 7 days a week (Will be scheduled 5 days)
  • 1-2 years of Leadership experience in a merchandising or operations role
  • Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience
  • Experience leading others
  • Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards
  • Performance orientated
  • Ability to exercise good business acumen and systemic thinking that supports meaningful decisions
  • Ability to prioritize plan and execute while being agile
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift medium to large items up to 40 pounds while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Qubec
