Continental Propertiesis looking for an Administrative Assistant (Executive) to join our Executive team at our home office in Menomonee Falls WI.
As Administrative Assistant you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Team - including the CEO President and CFO. Reporting directly to the Senior Administrative Assistant you will support day-to-day operations within the executive team including coordinating events managing calendars and engaging with external partners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate key company events and meetings including executive sessions strategic planning and company-wide gatherings.
- Maintain and organize executive calendars helping to schedule meetings and manage schedule coordination.
- Oversee vendor relationships including travel services vending and office supplies.
- Implement and maintain the Administrative Budget.
- Manage executive travel and expenses ensuring seamless arrangements and timely reporting.
- Lead special projects and provide high-level administrative support across departments as needed.
Skills for Success:
- Education: Associate or Bachelors Degree preferred equivalent experience required.
- Experience: At least five years experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment with a preference for experience supporting executives.
