Job Description
- Support on the delivery of projects to approved schedule budget and quality requirements.
- Responsible for conducting background research data collection and benchmarking.
- Producing project and gateway approval documents to support the approval process.
- Preparing written project communication materials and support improvement of processes and systems.
- Preparing presentation material for project updates and other reports including monthly reports.
- Liaising with the client contractors designers and project Stakeholders when required.
- Attending meetings and drafting minutes when applicable.
- Preparing and updating formal project progress reports such as monthly reports including financial budget and project schedule reporting.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation including Risk Register Issue Register Daily Log etc.
- Managing Change Control procedures and Programme Governance.
- Adhere to policies and procedures in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience within a construction engineering consultancy environment or equivalent supporting the delivery of projects.
- Degree in Engineering/Technical based degree or equivalent.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills; with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team;
