Are you ready to discover the role of an Angular Frontend Support Engineer in Netcompany
As an Angular Frontend Support Engineer you will:
- Log categorize prioritize and resolve incidents requests problems and changes
- Troubleshoot issues respond to user queries and identify root causes
- Escalate tickets when necessary and ensure first-level resolution whenever possible
- Maintain service availability through end-to-end system monitoring and capacity control
- Ensure security standards are upheld and maintained
- Support continuous deployment processes (Acceptance & Production)
- Contribute to service and infrastructure enhancements
- Create user guides SOPs and knowledge base content
- Write automation scripts and explore new technologies to optimize support workflows
- Participate in projects that improve operational efficiency and user experience
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid experience in Agile environments using tools like Git Maven Eclipse JIRA Bamboo Fisheye Crucible and Confluence
- Strong front-end development skills with TypeScript Angular 6 Web Components Service Workers HTML5 and NPM
- Proficiency in XML/JSON manipulation and JavaScript ES6
- Extensive back-end experience with JEE technologies including JAX-WS JAX-RS JMS EJB AOP JPA2 Servlets and JSR303
- Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and search engines such as Solr and/or Elasticsearch
- Experience in web service integration (REST SOAP) and workflow system architecture
- Ability to adapt and integrate into international multicultural teams
