Are you a compassionate and dedicated caregiver looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others Join our team at Village Caregiving where we provide exceptional non-medical home care services to help our clients live comfortably and independently in their homes.
Position Summary:We are seeking a Direct Support Professional or licensed CNA to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service a strong work ethic and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. We are looking to staff 2 clients in Potter and Kimball NE for a total of approximately 32 hrs of weekly work.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming dressing and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Support light housekeeping meal preparation and medication reminders.
Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition to the Care Coordinator.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in home care senior care or a related field preferred. But anyone with a heart for providing care is encouraged to apply!
Compassionate reliable and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
