Join us for Pumpkin Fest at the Princess and Christmas at the Princess where festive spirit family fun and dazzling experiences come to life. With over 250000 guests each holiday season and national recognition from outlets like People Magazine and CNN this is your opportunity to shine at the heart of the action!
Were looking for enthusiastic outgoing and energetic team members to become Seasonal Ambassadors the warm welcoming face of our signature events. If you love making guests smile spreading holiday cheer and creating unforgettable moments this role is for you.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Resort Experience responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Anticipate guests needs creating memorable experiences
- Consistently offer a professional friendly greeting and engaging service
- Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
- Follow outlet policies procedures and service standards
- Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
- Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
- Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the state of Arizona
- Previous point of sale system experiences an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
