You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Amazon Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of established and sophisticated accounts and developing partnerships in a highly collaborative team environment.
You will wear multiple hats but your core responsibilities will be creation and implementation of brand growth strategy analyzing trends and reports Product Detail Page optimizations Pay Per Click Advertising Display Advertising and operations pertaining to the Amazon channel of business.
Manage update and create optimized content while staying on brand for our Amazon accounts on Seller and Vendor Central across US market. This position will promote our brands and products on Amazon by using Enhanced Branded Content A pages and brand stores. Duties also include adding new items optimizing listing bullet points improving product description and keyword SEO and overseeing and reporting fraudulent sellers and ASINs.
The ideal candidate is an Amazon expert and in tune with the latest offerings that Amazon extends to its partner and can provide guidance to broader team on how to manage the online partnership for both Vendor and Seller accounts.

The account manager will play a pivotal part in growing the Amazon business by developing a working knowledge of our brand and business strategies.
Specific responsibilities:
Optimizing advertising on Amazon such as Amazon Sponsored Product Ads Sponsored Brand Ads Display Ads
Managing Amazon relationships and having strong communication amongst internal functions
Unlocking operational components that drive the Amazon business
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute overall strategy
Constant learning of what is working on Amazon the competitive landscape and new features
Actively leading team discussions encouraging participation and knowledge sharing among team members
Responsibilities
Analyze P&L on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
create demand-based inventory forecasts and issue replenishment orders for each product listing using sales history rate of sales knowledge of advertising seasonality and current sales trends
Manage Amazon internal advertising and adjust advertising budget per product to drive sales: managing ratio of costs to profits and optimizing turn on advertising
Analyze SKU-level data by tracking product trends new product performance and top sellers
Create shipping plans based on history forecasts and Seller Central guidelines/restrictions
Monitor shipment and fulfillment fees which may require opening and managing reimbursement cases for lost shipments and incorrect fees
Research and resolve issues related to timely purchase orders shipments and sales
Monitor performance and feedback on each listing; investigate claims of customer feedback
Stay up to date on changes and restrictions of Amazon policy and modify listing content and shipping plans accordingly
Collaborate with owner to create monthly profit/sales strategies
Identify areas of liability as well as areas for growth and improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
Successfully managed multi-million-dollar FBA/FBM account with 3-5 years experience
Experience in beauty personal care and/or luxury CPG products preferred
Bachelors Degree
Superior analytical organizational and time management skills
Experience with Pay Per Click advertising - Amazon PPC is preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing
Results oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Proficient in Data Analytics

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
