YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You are responsible for welcoming customers with a professional friendly attitude setting a positive tone for the entire rental experience.
You lead the customer flow by directing guests to the appropriate stations ensuring efficiency and minimizing wait times.
You ensure premium service experiences by answering initial questions helping with navigation inside the branch and offering general assistance.
You assist with line control and operational flow by coordinating with counter agents vehicle prep teams and management to keep service moving.
You are responsible for maintaining a clean organized front-of-house presence and ensuring the customer area reflects SIXTs premium brand.
You provide support during high-traffic periods helping escalate urgent needs and reinforcing a seamless customer journey.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Licenses & Authorization You are at least 18 years old hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Computer Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts and are open to travel (5-10%) some of which may be by airplane
• Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
