Job Description
Eatons ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Entry Level Assembler (2nd). The hourly rate for this position is $19.13/hr $1.00 Shift Differential per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations.
HOURS: 3:30PM - Midnight

What youll do:
Set up assembly and repairing when necessary
Perform quality and SPC checks where necessary to produce good quality devices
Share in handling all materials used in the cell and the movement of finished devices to designated areas
Adhere to and support all facility environmental guidelines and procedures to identify additional pollution prevention projects to reduce waste and raw material consumption.
Position Criteria:
Must stand up to 8 hours a day
Requires hand speed and mental agility
Strong Work Ethic
Attention to detail (accuracy)
Consistent overtime
Proficient using hand/power tools
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma/GED from and accredited association
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Lincoln IL area (70 miles) will be considered for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
