About the role

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join the supportive team on a 12 month fixed term full-time basis.

Were seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in managing Elders diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Manager Property & Facilities youll ensure the efficient leasing acquisition divestment and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills a deep understanding of property legislation and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a corporate environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage lease negotiations renewals and documentation for commercial and residential properties including engagement with landlords and third-party solicitors
  • Maintain and update the Property Management System SharePoint and related documentation
  • Provide support for property acquisition ownership leasing management and divestment decisions
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business on property budgets leases maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with premises relocation and make good processes ensuring timely handbacks
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing property-related financial information to Group Finance

Who are we looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in property management ideally within a corporate or commercial setting
  • Sound knowledge of relevant property and leasing legislation
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Tertiary qualification in Property Business Administration Finance or a related discipline (essential); current drivers licence (required)
