About the role

We are seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about leveraging technology that enables sustainable secure IT-OT operations and continuous innovation and transformation.

As a key member of the senior ITAS leadership team you will contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT-OT platform strategy aligning platform technology initiatives with business roadmaps ensuring technology delivers compelling business value.

You will oversee the strategic direction management and execution for Infrastructure Operations (I&O) Applications Platform Support and Strategy Enterprise Support Services and Architecture Manufacturing Infrastructure Services (OT) Integration and Automation Platforms and Workplace Solutions and Collaboration support and strategy.

Major activities

Strategic Leadership & Innovation

• Shape and execute platform strategy aligned with business and technology trends.
• Champion innovation manage risk and drive change across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions and influence enterprise direction.

Infrastructure Operations & Manufacturing Technology

• Oversee IT and OT infrastructure including servers networks data centers and manufacturing systems.
• Ensure the highest availability of services supported govern change management vulnerability incident disaster recovery activities and vendor/customer relationship management.
• Support the modernization of enterprise infrastructure solutions

Platform Strategy & Enterprise Applications

• Lead strategy performance and integration of application platforms including ERP systems.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and seamless user experience across platforms.

Integration Automation & Workplace Solutions

• Drive integration and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead strategy and support for workplace technologies and collaboration tools.

Enterprise Architecture & Support Services

• Design and deliver scalable enterprise architecture and support services.
• Align technology architecture with evolving business and operational needs.

Talent Development & Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing adaptable team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning accountability and innovation.
• Develop succession plans and support career growth for team members.

About you

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field; masters degree preferred.
• 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on platform technologies.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure application platforms and enterprise support services
• Strong understanding of manufacturing infrastructure services and operational technologies
• Five or more years of leadership responsibilities including roadmap strategy budgeting and staffing
• Good knowledge of product (operating) models
• Experience preparing IT roadmaps and maturity assessments
• Proficiency in relevant technology platforms and tools (Service Now Oracle ERP Microsoft Azure etc)
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the IT and business strategy
• Effective influencing and negotiation skills in complex environments where resources required for success may not be in direct control of this role

Preferred qualifications

• Proven experience supporting IT transformation initiatives
• Ability to establish new standards for quality performance or productivity
• Network engineering experience
• Cloud infrastructure (e.g. private public cloud operations computer network)
• Cybersecurity risk management and ISO27001
