We are looking for an Omni-Channel CRM Marketing Manager to join our team!

As an Omni-channel CRM Marketing Manager you will be pivotal in crafting and executing Email and SMS strategies and campaigns that engage our audience drive sales and reinforce our commitment to ethical and environmentally friendly products. You will oversee the entire customer journey from developing customer lifecycle strategies to optimizing email flows and analyzing performance metrics. Your creative storytelling and design skills combined with your expertise in email and SMS marketing will help nurture leads enhance customer engagement and boost retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey Management:
    • Develop and implement customer lifecycle strategies to optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints.
    • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance the customer journey.
    • Plan and manage contact strategies to support cross-lifecycle audience engagement lead nurturing show rate conversion and retention.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved engagement.
  • CRM Management:
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
    • Manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely deployment of email campaigns.
    • Develop and optimize email flows and automation including welcome series abandoned cart reminders and post-purchase follow-ups.
    • Monitor and analyze email performance metrics including open rates click-through rates and conversion rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate email efforts with other digital marketing channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email and SMS marketing preferably in the eCommerce or retail industry.
  • Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written communication skills attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign performance and drive business results.

  • In-office Wynwood Miami M-F 9am-6pm
