Were hiring cheerleading gymnastics ninja-style gymnastics and ballet coaches to join our team in Twentynine Palms CA!
What We Do:
We coach recreational sports and arts teaching kids to believe in themselves achieve their goals and be inspired every step of the way! Our classes focus on fun personal growth and positive experiencesnot competition.
Position Details:
Passion for working with kids and creating a positive fun experience
Ability to exercise good judgment flexibility creativity and sensitivity in response to changing situations and needs
Requirements:
The listed training is provided. However if in possession please note it on your application.
Location & Base Access:
MCCS Community Center Gym (Bldg. 1004 Cottontail Rd. Twentynine Palms CA 92277).
Applicants MUST already have base access or be eligible to gain approved access to the USMC base. In addition background checks will be performed to confirm eligibility to work on base and with kids.

Position Details:
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt (hourly) part-time
- Pay Scale: $18.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience
- Growth Opportunities Available!
- Work Schedule: Flexible based on class schedules (afternoons/evenings/weekends)
- Paid Training Provided: Includes online coursework and hands-on instruction
- State of California Compliance: This position complies with CA wage and labor laws including paid sick leave and meal/rest breaks. EEO compliant
- At-Will Employment: This application does not create an employment contract. Employment is at will and may be terminated by either party at any time
Passion for working with kids and creating a positive fun experience
Ability to exercise good judgment flexibility creativity and sensitivity in response to changing situations and needs
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must complete necessary online and on-site training
- Must pass local and federal background checks (FCRA-compliant) to work with children
- Physical Visual and Auditory Requirements:
Ability to kneel stand walk sit lift/spot children (min. 25 lbs.) stoop pull move gymnastics equipment and set up stations. Must have clear vision hearing and verbal communication skills to supervise students and ensure safety at all time

- SafeSport
- Base and City of Twentynine Palms Background Checks
- USAG Membership (optional & reimbursed)
