Salary - London circa 85000 Nationwide circa 70000

A bit about the job:
Youll be joining our central People Change teaman agile collaborative group supporting strategic change across Aviva. In this role youll lead people change initiatives that help shape the future of our organisation from organisational design restructuring to M&A TUPE culture shifts and more. Youll work directly with senior business leaders and HR teams to design and deliver end-to-end changeensuring it lands well and makes a lasting impact. Every day youll use your experience to guide our people through change that matters.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Strong experience delivering people change in a complex or fast-paced setting
- Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable leading change in ambiguous environments
- Skilled at working independently or through others with strong leadership and project management abilities
- Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential

- Starting salary London circa 85000 Nationwide circa 70000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
