Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Leading initiatives for performance improvement and system optimiszation across SAP and HANA landscapes
- Troubleshooting and resolvinge various performance-related challenges by analyszing system performance data and identifying root causes
- Implementing recommendations for performance tuning including adjustments to configuration settings memory allocations and database parameters
- Collaboratinge with other IT teams to ensure seamless system upgrades migrations and integrations
- Preparinge and presenting performance reports to stakeholders outlining trends suggestions and improvement actions
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Significant experience in SAP Basis support with a focus on performance optimiszation methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and HANA systems and their integration points
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to identify and mitigate issues before they impact business operations
- Strong organiszational and communication skills; ability to capable of articulateing technical information clearly to for non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of ABAP development and best practices for improving code performance
Desirable extras.
- Several years of experience with enterprise-level IT solutions
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. SAP AWS Azure)
- Previous experience in the retail or grocery industry is a plus
