Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with Expertise in Finding and Screening tenants for 12 properties near the USC campus.
Compensation
- $19.00-$21.00 per hour/40 hours per week
- Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants showcasing the communitys features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
- Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
- Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Exceptional leasing sales and marketing skills
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings
- Proficiency with computers including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager a plus
- One weekend day is required
