Position Overview
Join WhiteWater Express Car Wash as a Lead Industrial Maintenance Technician in the DFW area! Our fast-growing company boasts over 130 locations across TX OK LA OH KY and MI and were just getting started. Were seeking a hands-on leader with strong mechanical skills and experience managing technical teams to play a critical role in our Facilities team ensuring our sites operate at peak performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead schedule and coordinate daily activities for a team of regional Maintenance Technicians
- Travel to car wash locations across the DFW region for repairs and equipment installs
- Perform hands-on maintenance: diagnose and repair car wash equipment including hydraulic pneumatic and low-voltage systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Communicate effectively with Operations teams and vendors to coordinate repairs and projects
- Oversee and perform building maintenance: plumbing mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintain documentation through a mobile work order system
Qualifications
- 3 years of industrial or field service maintenance experience
- 2 years of experience leading or supervising a technical team
- Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems
- Familiarity with low-voltage motor controls and mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and make field-based decisions
- Valid drivers license current insurance and reliable transportation
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and driving record review
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs climbing ladders and working in outdoor environments
