Job Description

Your Tasks:

  • Ensure accurate allocation of incoming payments to the correct accounts

  • Proactively release of customer orders according to the policy

  • Support the reconciliation of accounts and resolve any payment discrepancies

  • Assist in preparing dunning letters and follow-up on overdue accounts

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations

Your Profile:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)

  • Good English language skills
