Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist - Full Time Sign-on Bonus Relocation Allowance - Yuma AZ
This established practice in Yuma Arizona is looking to add a full time Retina Surgeon / Ophthalmologist!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1 - Guaranteed minimum of $350000 (based on experience)
- Year 2 - Receive a 35% of Collections
- Unlimited potential - no compensation cap!
- Up to a $25000 Sign-on Bonus
- Up to $20000 for Relocation
- 4 weeks of PTO 6 Holidays 1 Floating Holiday

Details:
- Medical Surgical patients

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 3-4 Clinic days 1-2 OR days
- No weekends
- No nights
- No holidays
- Call: very minimal if ever as ODs take the call
