Job Description

In our Relief Support Worker role youll be providing personal care and support in line with policies and procedures and individualised care and support plans.
Location: Ashley Court Lincoln
Salary: 12.60 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Your week: 0 hours contract shifts are 7am to 2pm and 2pm to 9pm
Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Relief Support Worker
- Provide for all personal care needs in line with individual care and support plans.
- Ensure peoples medication needs are met prompting and/or administrating medication in line with the Medication Policy and care and support plans as required.
- Maintain and respect all peoples choices privacy confidentiality dignity and independence treating them as individuals.
- Enable people to maximise their independence.
Your toolkit for success
To thrive in our Relief Support Worker role youll need:
- Care Certificate in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.
- Experience of supporting individuals through paid work voluntary or lived experience.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Able to keep legible and accurate records.
