Contracts and Renewal Specialist
6 Month W2 Contract

Heres how youll make an impact on the team:
- Lead the re-contracting process for existing customers transitioning them to Adobes contract structure with clear guidance and communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the re-contracting process minimizing customer disruption and enhancing satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts in collaboration with Customer Success team.
- Guide customers through complex contracting processes including approvals and procurement workflows with Deal Desk teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and renewal pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance Customer Success and Sales Operations teams to ensure contract accuracy compliance and timely execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the contract lifecycle clearly communicating key dates deliverables and next steps.
Heres what youll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelors or several years in SaaS environment
- 3 years of experience in contract management account management or sales operations
- Familiarity with CRM systems-- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing complex contracting processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to guide customers through operational processes with clarity and professionalism
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in or with SaaS companies is a plus
- A proactive solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Pay Range:
$37.00 - $41.00/hour
