Join Logan Healths dedicated Occupational Medicine and Employee Health team in a specialized medical setting that supports both employees and patients navigating work-related care. Were seeking a Senior Patient Access Representative who brings a strong background in medical office operations a team-focused mindset and a warm welcoming approach to every interaction.
What Youll Do:
This role will be cross-trained to support two key functions in the clinic:
Front Desk Responsibilities: Greet patients and employees with professionalism and a positive attitude handle check-in/check-out prepare charts answer phones schedule appointments make reminder calls scan and fax documents and assist with general front office tasks.
Work Comp Scheduling/Authorizations: Manage workers compensation scheduling authorization tracking and coordinate care efficiently with providers and patients.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth patient experience and representing Logan Healths values in every conversation and interaction.
What Were Looking For:
Prior medical office experience
A welcoming demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of scheduling systems insurance processes and HIPAA compliance
Professionalism adaptability and a patient-centered mindset

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)MondayFriday 8:30 AM5:00 PM or 8:00 AM5:00 PM
