Le Spcialiste de lIntgration Systme Produit (SIS)est responsable de dvelopper la stratgie dintgration produit gnrique dAlstom ainsi que les rgles et les lignes directrices pour sa mise en uvre dans tous les dpartements RSC. Ce poste relve du Responsable des Architectures Gnriques et de lIntgration Systme et est bas Saint-Ouen France ou Derby Royaume-Uni.
Le SIS veille ce que les modules et quipements soient intgrs dans les architectures de train gnriques selon un ensemble de rgles et de directives communes. Il garantit la traabilit de bout en bout depuis la dfinition des besoins produits jusquaux solutions de gammes modulaires. Il sassure que les interfaces sont dfinies pour la gamme de produits avec la variabilit minimale ncessaire pour rpondre aux besoins des clients. Le SIS veille ce que les interfaces soient catalogues figes (baselined) et contrles en configuration.
Il sagit dun rle de transformation transversal aux plateformes mtiers de lingnierie et fonctions support visant livrer les produits les plus comptitifs pour lavenir. En dfinissant la stratgie globale dintgration produit et en rutilisant les interfaces produits nous rduirons la complexit du portefeuille Alstom et amliorerons notre comptitivit.
Ce rle contribue aux objectifs AiM dAlstom : configuration la commande (Configure to Order) rduction du dlai de mise sur le march (Time to Market) et rduction du cot total de possession (Total Cost of Ownership).

En combinant les objectifs dArchitecture Gnrique et dIntgration Systme nous mettons en uvre une approche de dveloppement produit modulaire avec des architectures gnriques une variabilit minimale des interfaces et une variabilit catalogue au niveau des modules. Grce cette approche Alstom peut liminer la diversit inutile dvelopper des solutions plus matures et rduire les risques tout en conservant la flexibilit ncessaire pour rpondre aux besoins des clients. Il sagit de transformer Alstom dune approche principalement Engineer to Order vers une approche Configure to Order . Cette stratgie est un levier cl pour les objectifs de dlai de mise sur le march et de marge projet dAlstom.

The Product System Integration Specialist (SIS) is accountable to develop Alstoms generic product integration strategy rules and guidance for implementation in all RSC departments. The role reports into the Generic Architectures and System Integration leader and is based in Saint Ouen France or Derby UK. The SIS ensures that modules and equipment are integrated into generic train architectures following a set of common rules and guidance. The SIS ensures end-to-end traceability from product needs definition though to modular product range solutions. They ensure that Interfaces are defined for the product range and with the minimum needed variability to meet the customers needs. The SIS ensures that interfaces are catalogued baselined and configuration controlled.
It is a transformational role working across platforms engineering metiers and support functions to deliver the most competitive products for the future. By defining the global product integration strategy and reusing our product interfaces we will reduce complexity of the Alstom portfolio and improve competitiveness.
This role contributes to the Alstom AiM objectives of Configure to Order reduced Time to Market and reduced Total Cost of Ownership

Accountable for the RSC Product Interface Strategy. This includes:
Combining Generic Architecture and SystemIntegration goals we deliver a Product Development and Modular approach with Generic Architectures minimum variability of interfaces and catalogue variability at module level. Through this approach Alstom can eliminate unneeded diversity develop more mature solutions and reduce the risk whilst retaining the flexibility to meet the customers needs. Transform Alstom from a predominantly Engineer to Order approach to an increasingly Configure to Order approach. The strategy is a key contributor to Alstoms time-to-market and project margin objectives.
