Junior Marketeer - Specialty Care
for 6 months
Location: BEL - Brussels La Plaine
About the role
The Specialty Care Junior marketeer will work in close collaboration with the different Country Brand Leads (CBLs) and Marketeers to co-develop and co-implement omnichannel plans. He/she will work be an active member of the XFT (crossfunctional team) and will support new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our stakeholders while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.
Main responsibilities
- Develop implement and follow-up of promotional material in collaboration with CBLs and Marketeers
- Develop and implement digital activities alongside the different brand with the support of the omni-channel marketeers.
- Think on new creative and innovative ways of interacting with our customers/patients/consumers while keeping patient centricity at the core of all activities.
- Active monitoring results of campaigns
- Accountable expenses related to his/her projects.
- Ensure high standards of Compliance to norms policies and procedures
- managing specific marketing projects
About you
- Bachelor or master in Management specialized in Marketing or similar by experience
- Structured and organized and data-driven thinking
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Result oriented: Flexible and dynamic with a get things done approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline driven environment.
- Fluent spoken French and Dutch. Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Team player with the ability to work independent.
