Job Description
We are a nationally recognized healthcare staffing agency committed to providing exceptional staffing solutions to healthcare providers. As we expand our government contracting efforts we are seeking a talented and strategic Government Proposal Writer to spearhead the creation of compliant persuasive proposals that win contracts across all levels of government.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of government RFP processes excellent writing skills and proven experience managing the full proposal lifecyclefrom identifying opportunities to final submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFPs RFIs and RFQs for federal state and local government contracts.
- Develop compliant compelling proposals tailored to each opportunity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical content pricing and past performance data.
- Manage timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Format proofread and edit content for clarity compliance and impact.
- Maintain proposal templates boilerplate content and submission tracking systems.
- Assist with registrations and certifications as required by RFPs.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience writing and managing government proposals.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
- Excellent writing editing and project management skills.
- Familiarity with GSA schedules and healthcare staffing contracts is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
