Job Description: Operations Specialist - CD/IRAs
Location: Temple TX 76502
Skills Required:
- Operations Specialist - Deposit Operations (CD/ IRAs)
- High School Diploma Required college degree preferred
- 1 year experience in brokerage/bank IRA experience
- Familiarity with IRA regulations policies and procedures
- Knowledge of IRS reporting requirements
- Detail oriented self-motivated excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
- College degree preferred
Experience Requirements:
- 1 year experience in brokerage/bank IRA experience

- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Critical Duties/Job Design:
- Complete and process all IRA requests
- Review and manage Certificates of Deposit for accuracy
- Complete IRS reporting of distributions and contributions of IRA
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email
Significant Duties:
- Backup TMS Support Analyst
- Complete Monthly reports for ACH Analysis Charges
- Daily process and forward Repurchase Agreement Account information to customers
- Backup CIF Desk
- Review scanned files eSign and eSign Web documents for accuracy
