This is a temporary position.

This Sr. Manager Campaign Operations role will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Enrollment Reporting Attribution and measurement covering both tactical implementation and strategic guidance. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and quickly pivot and adapt to changing needs as they evolve in this space.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience Required

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university with a Marketing or Computer Science related concentration
  • 5 or more years of experience in related field
  • Experience working with Adobe Campaign or comparable Marketing Automation Tool(s)
  • Project Management Experience

Education and Experience Preferred

  • Experience of Agile Scrum project management methodology
  • Experience of Business or operational intelligence
  • Experience of Relational databases dimensional modeling or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Supporting Operations

  • Oversee enhance and standardize the Bonvoy Enrollment attribution process to support the business needs of today with room to expand in the future.
  • Manage data integration and metadata capture across Bonvoy Enrollments enabling granularity on enrollment reporting to drive efficiency and utility.
  • Work across Bonvoy Enrollment teams to define a new standard for enrollment attribution (beyond current source code limitations).
  • Design with operational efficiency in mind (consolidate and optimize the ongoing configuration maintenance) to reduce time to enable new reporting attributes to under 24 hours.
  • Support enrollment attribution process that credits properties accordingly for enrollments against corresponding netlink hosted QR code pages.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize overall attribution reporting process.
  • In conjunction with team leaders enhance and deploy standardized metadata practices placing significant emphasis on change management.
  • Establish develop and implement operational and process-oriented business intelligence practices for the reporting teams.

  • Communicates effectively discerning the appropriate level to highlight necessary escalations support needs or achievements
  • Presents ideas expectations and information in a concise and organized manner
  • Advocate on the work being done with cross-functional teams

The pay range for this position is $52.06 to $72.79 per hour.
