Registered Dietitian Full-Time Tarzana CA
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a long-term carefacility in Tarzana opportunity starts in Julyfor 40 hours/week. All hours must be completedonsite.

Experience: LTC andMDS experiencerequired
EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS - Section K
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
