About the Role:
Our client is a well-established healthcare services group that partners with a variety of medical practices across New England. As they expand support within the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) space they are hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing and reimbursement operations for a high-impact primary care group. This role offers the opportunity to shape revenue strategy collaborate directly with provider leadership and improve financial outcomes in a mission-driven community health setting.
Location: 100% onsite split between two locations
- 3x onsite - Manchester NH
- 2x onsite - Nashua NH
Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue cycle performance for a multi-site FQHC including billing coding AR and denial resolution
- Monitor KPIs: clean claim rate denial trends AR aging and net collection rate
- Ensure compliance with FQHC-specific regulations and billing requirements (e.g. UDS sliding fee scales wraparound claims)
- Serve as the key liaison between billing team and clinical/administrative leaders at the practice
- Identify workflow improvements and operational changes to maximize reimbursement
- Lead payer follow-up strategies and appeals for denied or underpaid claims
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights to executive and provider stakeholder
Qualifications:
- 5 years of revenue cycle experience with at least 2 years supporting an FQHC or community health center
- Knowledge of FQHC billing UDS reporting Medicaid/Medicare rules and wraparound payments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to act on revenue trends and payer activity
- Confident communicator who can manage relationships with providers and administrators
- Familiarity with EHRs and billing platforms used in ambulatory or community health settings (Epic Centricity etc. a plus)
