Job Description & Summary: A career within Advisory PwC has a large team that focuses on transformation in Government. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government as well as private sector clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.
Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for developing advanced general and partial equilibrium models using GAMS across sectors.
Mandatory skill
sets: The Senior Consultant should have deep knowledge and experience in GAMS modelling including partial equilibrium modelling. Excellent report writing presentation skills and communication skills.
Preferred skill
sets: Ability to pitch new ideas to prospective clients and anchor conversations from start to end
Years of
experience
required: 3 years of relevant experience in GAMS modelling including general/partial equilibrium modelling
Education
qualification:
Masters degree or PhD in Economics Environmental Economics Public Policy or a related field.
