Contract: full time indefinite
Language: German (mandatory) English (C1)

Your Day to Day:
- SAP user support for our national and international customers
- Handling customer inquiries regarding our software solutions in the area of credit management including conducting online software analyses with the customer
- Receiving resolving and documenting error reports
- Configuring our software to meet user requirements
- Conducting software tests and implementing adjustments
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial field or a relevant university degree
- Professional experience in the SAP environment; experience in credit management is an advantage
- Experience as an application supporter is a plus
- High level of personal responsibility and above-average commitment
- Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
- Independent quality- and service-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
