Were looking for a detail-obsessed Packaging Production Designer to bring our brand to life across physical touchpointsfrom retail displays to ecommerce unboxing this role youll concept and execute packaging that balances form and functionworking across dielines renders and artwork while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to market.

What Youll Do

• Design original packaging concepts that reflect rhodes aesthetic and connect with customers across retail and DTC
• Create renderings to pitch new colors shapes and ideas
• Develop dielines mockups and production-ready artwork for packaging formats like boxes labels cartons and bags
• Collaborate with Operations R&D and external vendors to ensure packaging meets aesthetic technical and regulatory standards
• Attend press checks review proofs troubleshoot print issues and ensure quality at every step
• Maintain a centralized archive of packaging assets within our DAM ensuring consistency across SKUs
• Help evolve our packaging to be more sustainable functional and aligned with our brand values

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in packaging design graphic design or other related field
• 3 years of experience in packaging design and productionbeauty or personal care experience strongly preferred
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign)
• Proficiency in dieline creation and 3D mockup tools
• Strong grasp of print production processes materials and packaging compliance standards
• Excellent typography and layout skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with ops vendors and creative peers
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and file organization best practices
• Experience onsite at print / production facilities for development and press check

• Location of position: Los Angeles California
• In-office requirement: at least 3 days a week
• Salary range budgeted for position: $75-$90K base bonus
