We are seeking a Senior AI Product Owner GenAI & Agentic AI Applications to lead the development and delivery of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI applications across the organization. This role will drive execution of high-impact AI initiatives that align with our strategic goals and deliver measurable business value. It offers an outstanding opportunity for growth and will be integral to the Enterprise AI Team focusing on both product strategy and hands-on delivery.

This individual will be responsible for shaping the product vision defining and prioritizing features and delivering robust AI solutionsfrom ideation to productionby translating complex AI capabilities into impactful business applications.

Work Mode
Boston Scientific follows a hybrid work model requiring team members to be on-site at least three days per week to foster strong collaboration and synergy.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for custom GenAI and Agentic AI applicationsfrom idea intake through deployment knowledge transfer (KT) and hypercare.
• Define and drive the roadmap for GenAI and Agentic AI products in partnership with stakeholders across functions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams (AI engineering architecture and platform) converting AI opportunities into tangible business features.
• Lead cross-functional Agile teams owning the product backlog and facilitating key ceremonies (sprint planning reviews retrospectives daily stand-ups).
• Capture high-value use cases through discovery workshops interviews and analysis sessions; define problem statements and prioritize value delivery.
• Manage change management including stakeholder communication adoption planning and issue resolution during hypercare.
• Ensure robust documentation and training materials are created to support scalable deployment and adoption across teams.
• Track success metrics and KPIs inform iterative product improvements and contribute to long-term roadmap planning.
• Act as a champion for responsible AI practicesensuring security compliance and ethical AI principles are embedded throughout delivery.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to evangelize AI opportunities helping scale emerging GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Implement and manage LLM evaluation frameworks such as OpenAI Evals to systematically assess and improve the performance reliability and safety of AI applications.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in digital product management within custom application delivery.
• Strong familiarity with large language models (LLMs) AI agents prompt engineering and how these technologies are applied in enterprise use cases.
• Experience working with technical teams on GenAI AI/ML data or analytics products.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and gaining buy-in with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Deeply interested in emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and system architecture.
• Skilled in gathering and documenting functional requirements.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills to drive alignment.
• Experience managing go-live KT and post-launch support.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering digital capabilities for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Experience working with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) with a preference for those who have contributed to the development and implementation of these technologies.
• Proven ability to work independently while proactively engaging with team members colleagues and stakeholders to align and drive solutions forward.
• Effective management of conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence team members effectively to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize team collaboration and actively support all team members.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see --will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training pertinent education including licensure and certifications among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly) non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g. any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
